As a Warehouse Support Specialist you are responsible for providing on-the-floor support to both the employees and the Supervisor in the department of the warehouse. When issues or challenges involving the deliveries and orders, you investigate what caused the problem and try to come up with a structural solution. While doing so, you communicate with different stakeholders of the company, in order to keep them informed and gather useful information. Whenever daily issues within the logistics of the warehouse arise, you are approached by the Operations department.
