As an Inspection Engineer, you play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our In Container Sterilization Systems (ICS). You will be a vital part of the customer care team, conducting detailed inspections across various countries.
Your responsibilities include evaluating ICS units to ensure they meet safety and operational standards, and assessing their alignment with customer business objectives. You will perform diagnostic assessments to identify potential issues and areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with industrial regulations and internal quality standards. Based on your inspection reports, you will recommend solutions such as:
- Retrofit adjustments to align with customer objectives, enhancing safety, extending equipment lifespan, and integrating the latest technology.
- Routine or preventive maintenance activities to prolong equipment lifespan and efficiency.
- Practical training and technical guidance for on-site personnel and customers.
You will provide detailed insights and reports, discussing necessary maintenance or replacements to ensure optimal performance. Your role involves communicating requirements to customers, ensuring machines remain operational, and supporting their business success. You will coordinate follow-up actions with larger teams based on inspection outcomes and customer interests.
When not inspecting, you will assist with the installation and commissioning of retrofits or new ICS units, ensuring correct installation and optimal operation.
