Warehouse specialist

To execute a reliable workflow in order to contribute to a highly effective and efficient logistic processing, you are able to support our customer’s needs with a quality first mind set in everything we do.

All supported by an ERP system and in accordance to the QMS (quality management system) and SOP’s (standard operation procedures).

Support the Value Added Services (VAS) Supervisor in driving continuous improvements within the VAS operation.

Pursue a best in class operation capable of delivering world class service to our customers in the most efficient and effective way.

With the gained process knowledge during the training is no troubleshoot action too difficult and can be solved, even if the most complex ERP transactions are required for this.

Analyzing and reporting data is day-to-day business and required for process improvements.

Wij vragen

• Graduate /MBO+ level with logistical background; a post-graduate qualification in Warehousing or Logistics would be a plus;

• A minimum of 4 years Warehousing and / or Operations experience is required;

• Working experience in a VAS/Quality environment is a plus;

• Solid understanding of warehousing in terms of set-up, capacity planning and optimization;

• Competent knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (preferably Oracle);

• Experience of working in the Medical Devices industry would be a plus;

• Experience in working in an ISO13485:2003 or comparable environment, proven experience on working in an environment where compliance with local regulations regarding health and safety, regulatory and hazardous materials, as well as internal policies and procedures is secured;

• Fluent in Dutch or German and in English; both verbally and written.
