The warehouse coordinator is the right hand from the supervisor who is able to lead the team on the department and organizes the day-to-day business on the floor.
The warehouse employees and the troubleshooters will report to you first. Together you will strive for the best solution and ensure that the process continues to run.
You as a warehouse coordinator will report directly to the supervisor.
What you will do:
Coordinate all activities within your responsibilities;
Responsible for streamlining the various activities within the area, throughout the day to bring quality, service and efficiency to an optimal level while properly distributing the workload;
Check if internal documentation, e.g. check forms, are GDP compliant, signed and are completed on time;
Execute and check the time registration of the employees and adjust where necessary;
Check if all employees are requested are planned and show up;
Be the SPOC for any operational escalations (e.g. IS disruptions);
Assist and support the supervisor in providing objective employee feedback;
Support the supervisor in overall operational decision making regarding employees, equipment, workload balancing and other areas that will improve service levels or improve operational efficiency;
Perform 6S audits and ensure that they are properly done and actions are followed up;
Ensure that operational data (e.g. statistics, daily report out) is available for the area that will enable daily reviews and daily start-up of the operations;
Support and participate in projects and lead small projects that positively improves operational outcome (on service, quality, cost);
Controlling the consumable stock level and purchase if required;
Support in providing guidance and coaching to other team members;
Ensure compliance with legal, company and EHS regulations.

Market salary and based on experience;
Travel expenses € 0,19 per km;
Partially paid breaks;
Flexible shifts between 06:00 and 23:00 o'clock;

Paid internal trainings.
Good knowledge in English language skills, speaking and writing (min. level A2);
Minimal 1-year experience of coordinating logistics processes and people;
Thorough experience with operational warehouse processes;
Experience in LEAN tools;
Quality and Results Driven;
Advanced Communication skills;
Proven self-motivated, able to prioritise and resolve competing priorities;
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills;
Structured, tidy and precise.
