You:
- have good communication skills in English in writing and speaking;
- can perform quality-oriented work;
- are structured and disciplined in every day execution of quality work;
- have excellent teaching and coaching skills;
- have experience and knowledge of computer systems (Oracle and Microsoft Office)
- fix problems when they occur and ensure the process can continue in a timely and compliant matter;
- are the first point of contact for employees;
- analyze problems to identify trends and lead or support resolving them at the source.

In deze functie heb jij misschien wel één van de belangrijkste functies binnen Renewi. Als Chauffeur ben jij hét visitekaartje van Renewi en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het rijden van de inzamelroutes.
Samen met een aantal collega beladers gaan jullie op pad om het afval in de buurt te verzamelen. Tussen 06.00 en 07.00 uur in de ochtend start je de dag met je collega’s met een heerlijke kop koffie. Vervolgens stap je samen met je collega's in de wagen om de route van die dag te starten. Radio aan en op naar de eerste bestemming. Nadat jullie alle adressen hebben gehad en de afvalcontainers zijn geleegd, zit je werkdag erop. Samen rijden jullie terug naar de standplaats waar je bent begonnen.
