As a Warehouse Operator, you will start your day with a short team meeting on your department, where the work priorities for the day are discussed. Depending on the department you work on, your tasks will be: - loading and unloading trucks; - receiving, scanning, processing and storing goods; - picking and packing orders; - assembling surgery kits and keeping the warehouse organized; - labeling items appropriately; - preparing orders for shipment. During the day, you work closely with your colleagues to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. As a warehouse employee, you are an all-round employee in the warehouse. Your tasks will include mainly loading and unloading by usage of an electric pallet truck (EPT) To train you as best as possible, you start with a (paid) half-day training. You will then receive training on the shop floor and later follow another internal training course. With this training you can work in various departments which makes that no day is the same! Your duties will consist of the following: - Receiving and storing incoming goods; - Loading and unloading trucks; - Collecting customer orders (using hand scanners); - Labeling and packing of orders; - Preparing orders for dispatch. The work takes place every Monday to Friday between +/- 15:00 and 20:00 At busy times work can also be done on Saturdays and holidays. Some flexibility in this is a plus.
