Teamleader

As team leader you are responsible for the entire logistics process in your own department. In this independent position, you lead a team of approximately 20 to 30 employees in various executive functions in a people-oriented way. You are a discussion and sparring partner for your fellow team leaders and management. In this you switch easily between operational activities and giving advice. You identify improvement opportunities and play an active role in the further development of the logistics processes within our logistics center.
