Would you like a permanent contract on short notice? We understand that!
In this position you will work in a growing factory in Boxtel.
You are responsible for everything that happens on the production floor.
The work will consist of:
• Proposing improvements in working methods, installation and process. Goal: increase flexibility and efficiency;
• Leading and/or participating in project groups (labor related);
• Training and coaching employees. Both in the team and individually;
• Monitoring quantitative guidelines in accordance with food safety, quality and hygiene requirements.
• Solving malfunctions on the lines and reporting major malfunctions to the TD.

• Minimum of 2 years work experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food.
• MBO working and thinking level.
