Teamleader Bleckmann

Als teamleader ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een team binnen Bleckmann Bergen op Zoom. Jij stuurt aan op productiviteit en doet verbetervoorstellen die bijdragen hebben aan de klanttevredenheid. Jij stelt de medewerker binnen het team in staat om de taken zo goed mogelijk en efficiënt mogelijk te kunnen uitoefenen. Daarnaast coacht en motiveer jij jouw medewerkers en kan jij nieuwe medewerkers inwerken. Jij rapporteert aan jouw Supervisor en onderhoudt goede contacten met diverse afdelingen binnen Bleckmann.
