Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently fabricate pipe sections and brackets
• Assemble pipe sections, fittings, and other necessary components
• Prepare, clean, and degrease weld seams (cutting, grinding)
• Tack-weld pipe sections (TIG and MIG) according to guidelines
• Transport materials to and from the workspace
• Report completed pipe sections and components according to guidelines
• Identify and report deviations in pipe materials, components, and drawings to the supervisor
• Perform maintenance on tools and machines, ensuring a clean and safe workspace
• Report machine and tool malfunctions to the supervisor
• Conduct intermediate and final inspections for dimensional accuracy
• Test (punching and pressure testing) piping systems

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the correct dimensions and quality of fabricated and assembled pipe sections
• Perform intermediate and final quality inspections
• Efficiently fabricate and assemble pipe sections and piping systems
• Ensure pipe sections remain properly sealed
• Adhere to safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Properly operate machinery and tools
• Maintain and service machines and tools
• Approve products for welding and/or foreman review
• Maintain quality standards for pipe materials and components

Authorities:

• Report quality deviations to the supervisor
• Address colleagues and visitors on improper safety, health, and environmental practices
• Propose improvements, both requested and unsolicited
• Approve fabricated and assembled pipe sections for welding and/or foreman review

For the Capacity Center Piping, we are looking for an independent Hydraulic Fitter. Are you an experienced professional who can work well with hydraulic systems and piping? Then we are looking for you!

Responsibilities:

• Installing pipes according to provided drawings (ISOs).
• Installing hydraulic systems.
• Fabricating brackets and installing them.
• Measuring pipes on board according to technical schematics.
• Measuring and bending pipes, both in the workshop and on board vessels.
• Installing pipes on various types of ships.

Voor het Capacity Center Piping zijn wij op zoek naar een zelfstandige Hydrauliek Fitter. Ben jij een ervaren vakman die goed kan werken met hydraulische systemen en leidingen? Dan zoeken wij jou!

Werkzaamheden:

• Inbouwen van leidingen volgens aangeleverde tekeningen (ISO's).
• Installeren van hydraulieksystemen.
• Fabriceren van beugelingen en deze inbouwen.
• Aan boord meten van leidingen aan de hand van technische schema's.
• Inmeten en buigen van leidingen, zowel in de werkplaats als aan boord van schepen.
• Inbouwen van leidingen aan boord van diverse vaartuigen.
