In the medical world products can be returned. Think of products where the customer ordered too many, products that are unnecessary or not up to the customers liking and more. It is up to you to receive those products, to assess them (can they go back into the warehouse for another order?) and to process them. This way products can be resold or reused and will not be wasted! You need to have a careful eye to spot incorrect returns and faulty products effortlessly. You can also work accurately and you can work at a fast pace, because the next customer might already be waiting for a product that you are handling at Returns! Experience is not a strict requirement. It is certainly a bonus, but with the right commitment and motivation your colleagues can teach you all there is to know about Returns!
