As a Senior Quality Employee, you play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality and safety of meat products. You make sure that our products meet strict hygiene regulations and quality standards. From sampling products to conducting audits and managing recalls, you keep a close watch to ensure everything runs smoothly. You work closely with other departments to implement and maintain quality standards. Every step matters in bringing the best products to market, and you're the one who ensures that each step is taken at the highest level!

What will you be doing?

✔ Sampling products to check quality
✔ Managing recalls when necessary and providing quick, effective solutions
✔ Conducting audits and ensuring compliance with quality standards
✔ Ensuring proper hygiene protocols and adherence to HACCP guidelines
✔ Collaborating with various teams to improve processes and achieve quality goals

Working hours:

📅 Monday to Thursday in day shifts (07:00 – 17:00, with a 1-hour break)

Lijncoach in opleiding

Heb jij ambitie en wil je een stap zetten in jouw carrière binnen de productie? Wij zoeken een gemotiveerde productiemedewerker die zich wil ontwikkelen tot lijncoach! Je start op de rauw-afdeling, leert het productieproces van binnen en buiten kennen en groeit intern door naar een leidinggevende rol.

Als Lijncoach in opleiding begin je hands-on in de productie en neem je geleidelijk steeds meer verantwoordelijkheden op je. Je stuurt een ploeg van circa 4 collega’s aan, houdt toezicht op het productieproces en zorgt dat alles soepel en efficiënt verloopt. Werk jij gestructureerd en ben je niet bang om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen? Dan is dit de kans om door te groeien binnen een stabiel en professioneel bedrijf!

📅 Werktijden:

  • Rauw-afdeling – 2-ploegendienst (06:00 – 13:45 / 13:45 – 21:30, met 0,5 uur pauze)
