Operator Day shift
Did you ever heard about the Dutch Kibbeling, which is basically yummy crispy fried fish? Who isn't crazy about this delicious treat!? Over 85 million portions of fish per year are produced within the Mowi concern. Mowi receives frozen fish which is then coated with breadcrumbs and spices. Next the fish is frozen again and packed for sale in the supermarket. Your job as an operator is: - Prepare the bake line for production that day; - Monitoring the performance of the baking line during production; - Preparing recipes and raw materials for production; - Adjusting the correct temperatures; - Monitoring the packing process and improving it where necessary; - Fixing minor malfunctions and/or interfacing with appropriate individuals to resolve malfunctions. You learn on the job and eventually you can supplement this with a course or even an MBO Operator training through Timing. As Operator you will really invest in yourself and we expect to see this reflected in your work attitude. The first period you will always work with a colleague operator and you will have weekly evaluation moments. You will work four days a week in a fixed shift from 05:00 to 15:15. Per day you work 9.75 hours and the shifts rotate so that once every 5 weeks you have a long weekend off. Would you prefer to start tomorrow? Then contact us quickly or apply directly!
