In the morning you got up early, you have no problem with that because you will be home on time this afternoon. Around 05:45 you arrive in the canteen at Hogeslag, where you first greet your colleague and then grab a nice cup of coffee or tea. After putting on your work clothes and going through the disinfection room you and your colleagues will make a qualitative and beautiful beef product from coarse parts of the cow which can then be delivered to the customer.

• You are willing to learn about the technical parts regarding meat;

• Knowledge of meat is an advantage.

• The work involves standing work therefore it is important that you are physically strong;
