As a warehouse employee, you are an all-round employee in the warehouse. Your tasks will include mainly loading and unloading by usage of an electric pallet truck (EPT) To train you as best as possible, you start with a (paid) half-day training. You will then receive training on the shop floor and later follow another internal training course. With this training you can work in various departments which makes that no day is the same! Your duties will consist of the following: - Receiving and storing incoming goods; - Loading and unloading trucks; - Collecting customer orders (using hand scanners); - Labeling and packing of orders; - Preparing orders for dispatch. The work takes place every Monday to Friday between +/- 15:00 and 20:00 At busy times work can also be done on Saturdays and holidays. Some flexibility in this is a plus. Als Warehouse Operator start je je dag met een korte teamvergadering op je afdeling, waar de werkprioriteiten voor die dag besproken worden. Afhankelijk van de afdeling waarop je werkt ga je vervolgens aan de slag met: • het laden en lossen van vrachtwagens; • het ontvangen, scannen, verwerken en opslaan van goederen; • het verzamelen en samenstellen van bestellingen; • het samenstellen van operatie kits; • artikelen voorzien van de juiste labels; • orders verzendklaar maken; • het op orde houden van het magazijn.
