Hier bij PostNL ben jij ‘’DE’’ aangewezen persoon om alle binnen en uitgaande goederen te controleren. Niets ontgaat jou, hierdoor loopt alles volgens planning en in goede banen! Onderstaand de taken die jij zal gaan uitvoeren: 05:00-13:30 uur: Zorgdragen voor toegang vrachtauto’s. Regelen op welk dock deze vrachtauto’s geladen/gelost moeten worden. Controle op vrachtbrief en verzegeling. Bij uitgaande vrachtritten deze verzegelen. Hulp bij lossen/laden van deze vrachtauto’s. Administratief verwerken vrachtbrieven van inkomende- en uitgaande vrachtritten. Controle, bij toegangspoort, van inkomende distributiebussen. Controle bestaat uit controle vanuit inzetplanning op naam pakkettenbezorger/chauffeur (deze laatste dient hiervoor bedrijfspas te tonen) 13:30-22:00 of 14:30-23:00 uur: Zorgdragen voor toegang vrachtauto’s. Regelen op welk dock deze vrachtauto’s geladen/gelost moeten worden. Controle op vrachtbrief en verzegeling. Bij uitgaande vrachtritten deze verzegelen. Hulp bij lossen/laden van deze vrachtauto’s. Administratief verwerken vrachtbrieven van inkomende- en uitgaande vrachtritten. Werktijden/dagen: Roulerende tijden en dagen inclusief de zaterdag van 05:00-13:30 uur,13:30-22:00 of 14:30-23:00 uur

Inspection of incoming distribution buses at the access gate. Inspection involves checking against deployment planning for the package deliverer/driver (the latter should present a company pass for this purpose). 01:30 PM - 10:00 PM or 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM: Ensuring access for trucks. Coordinating which dock these trucks should be loaded/unloaded at. Checking the freight document and sealing it. Sealing outgoing shipments. Assisting in unloading/loading these trucks. Administering freight documents for incoming and outgoing shipments. Working Hours/Days: Rotating shifts and days, including Saturdays from 05:00 AM - 01:30 PM, 01:30 PM - 10:00 PM, or 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM.
