Within this vacancy as Line Leader you are responsible for the Inventory, Quality and Planning team. The employees within these departments report to you. You will be concerned with:
Training/coaching and assessing the employees
Improve team-work
Managing and controlling the outbound shipments
Maintain daily contact with the Operations and Warehouse
In case of emergencies you report to the Supervisor
