Als Mitarbeiter im Kundenservice hilfst du freundlich den Kunden bei Problemlösungen am Telefon sowie auch schriftlich. (In English below)

As a customer service employee you will work for a number of international clients who outsource their customer contact to Webhelp Enterprise! Who doesn't know them: The Philips Hue Lightning, the SLR cameras from Pentax or the popular Hydro Flask bottles. You will answer any question that will come in about these products and services. You will be trained and coached along the way to manage each project one by one and help the clients with their questions! You love to help people and because of your excellent communication skills you are able to help your customers in one go. The focus will be primarily on customer satisfaction, and this is no problem for you!

Wij vragen

• Berufsbildende mittlere Schule;

• Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch oder Niederländisch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau;

• Du hast ein freundliches Auftreten, auch am Telefon weil bist du der erste Ansprechpartner für die Problemlösungen von Kunden zu technischen Fragen;

• Du bist kommunikativ stark;

• Du hast spaß am telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundenkontakt;

• Vollzeit oder Teilzeit verfügbar.
