As an IT service desk analyst you will be working at the Wavin location at Schiphol. You will also provide support at other locations in the Netherlands. (working from home also possible)
Tasks that you will mainly take on are solving IT problems, advising the departments, documenting the knowledge and maintaining the database with IT resources such as CMDB.
In addition, you also monitor the progress of problems that need to be solved externally via partners.
You will also support the purchase and preparation of new hardware and software.
You work independently at the location at Schiphol. In addition, you will work in a team within Europe with IT colleagues from other locations. You bring the world of the end user and IT specialists together by understanding both sides.
It is a broad function, but never boring because of the variation!

You have the absolute will to excel in providing service;
You are communicatively strong and understand the customer's wishes;
You understand how business processes work and you can align them with the IT systems;
You manage the plans, set the right priorities and can assist where necessary;
In addition to the above requirements, you have the following:
You have basic IT knowledge about networks, hardware, Windows10 and Office365, SAP;
You support the customer in Dutch, but communicate with other IT colleagues in English;
You are willing to learn the internal ITIL Foundation 4;
You have a bachelor's degree or the will to study for it.
