  • Responsibilities:
  • ICQA(s) are responsible for overseeing inventory and quality control processes and procedures.
  • They are heavily involved in driving process improvement, maintaining a safe work environment,
  • and ensuring that inventory is preserved at all times. They are required maintaining SLAs,
  • conducting daily cycle counts and spot checks, and ensuring that all associates are following all
  • SOPs.
  • Review Pick Exceptions from previous/current day
  • Resolve open investigation requests
  • Ensure Inventory Adjustment documentation is completed (as required)
  • Ensure quarantine locations are maintained
  • Coordinate/perform daily Cycle Counts
  • Coordinate planning and execution of counts
  • Suggested frequent check-ins with Operations Manager
  • Resolution of “exception” area inventory (RESTOCK)
  • Review Weekly ICQA topics with Operations Manager
  • Review Weekly ICQA Metrics

Wij vragen

  • MBO+ or equivalent with relevant inventory or quality assurance experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Inventory control and or Quality assurance preferably in Logistics
  • Knowledge of basic quality principles and ability to utilize these methods in a distribution environment
  • PC skills including standard offices packages as well as ability to understand and learn customized computer software programs
