Inspection Engineer

As an Inspection Engineer, you will perform detailed assessments of ICS units, ensuring they comply with all relevant safety and performance standards. Your responsibilities include analyzing equipment functionality, identifying potential issues, and recommending tailored improvements. Based on your evaluations, you will propose solutions such as:

• Upgrades: Advising on system updates to improve sustainability, safety, performance, or incorporate modern technologies.
• Maintenance Plans: Outlining preventative or routine maintenance schedules to enhance reliability and longevity.
• On-Site Support: Offering hands-on training and technical assistance to enhance customer knowledge and equipment efficiency.

Your role includes compiling comprehensive reports that detail findings, suggested improvements, and follow-up actions. You will work closely with internal teams to address customer needs and maintain equipment reliability.

When not inspecting equipment, you will assist with installing and commissioning new systems or retrofits, ensuring they operate effectively from the start.

Als Inspection Engineer is jouw rol cruciaal in het veld en dien je als cruciale schakel in het customer care team dat verantwoordelijk is voor de nauwkeurige inspecties van onze In Container Sterilization Systems (ICS). Als integraal onderdeel van het klantenserviceteam voert u gedetailleerde inspecties uit in verschillende landen. 

U voert grondige evaluaties uit van ICS-eenheden om ervoor te zorgen dat ze voldoen aan de veiligheids- en operationele normen. Ook identificeert u of de huidige apparatuur aansluit bij de bedrijfsdoelstellingen van de klant. U voert een diagnostische beoordeling uit en identificeert mogelijke problemen en verbeterpunten. Zorgt ervoor dat alle systemen voldoen aan de industriële regelgeving en interne kwaliteitsnormen. Op basis van uw inspectierapport identificeert u de beste oplossingen voor klanten waarin u:

• Kan aangeven dat er behoefte is aan een retrofit-aanpassing in overeenstemming met de bedrijfsdoelstellingen van de klant om ervoor te zorgen dat de apparatuur up-to-date is, duurzamer, de veiligheid verbetert, de levensduur van de apparatuur verlengt, de prestaties verbetert of de nieuwste technologie integreert
• Kan aangeven dat er behoefte is aan routinematige of preventieve onderhoudsactiviteiten bij de klant om de levensduur en efficiëntie van de apparatuur te verlengen.
• Kan aangeven dat er behoefte is aan praktische training en technische begeleiding voor personeel op locatie en klanten. Die u ook zelf kunt geven als follow-up.
• U voorziet klanten van gedetailleerde inzichten en diepgaande rapporten op basis van uw inspectiebevindingen, waarbij u noodzakelijk onderhoud of vervangingen bespreekt, evenals andere verbetermogelijkheden om optimale prestaties te garanderen.
• U speelt een sleutelrol bij het communiceren van de vereisten aan de klant, zorgt ervoor dat onze machines operationeel blijven en ondersteunt hun voortdurende zakelijke succes.
• U coördineert de vervolgacties met de grotere teams, afhankelijk van de uitkomst van uw inspectie en de belangen van de klant.
• Als u geen inspecties uitvoert, ondersteunt u bij de installatie en inbedrijfstelling van de retrofits of nieuwe ICS-eenheden, zorgt u ervoor dat ze correct worden geïnstalleerd en optimaal functioneren.

As an Inspection Engineer, your role is crucial in the field and serves as a vital link within the customer care team responsible for the accurate inspection of our In Container Sterilization Systems (ICS). As an integral part of the customer service team, you will perform detailed inspections in various countries.

You will conduct thorough evaluations of ICS units to ensure they meet safety and operational standards. Additionally, you will assess whether the current equipment aligns with the customer’s business objectives. This includes performing diagnostic assessments to identify potential issues and areas for improvement. You will ensure that all systems comply with industrial regulations and internal quality standards. Based on your inspection report, you will identify the best solutions for customers, which may include:

• Recommending retrofit adjustments aligned with the customer's business objectives to ensure equipment is up-to-date, more sustainable, enhances safety, extends equipment lifespan, improves performance, or integrates the latest technology.
• Suggesting routine or preventive maintenance activities at the customer’s site to prolong the lifespan and efficiency of the equipment.
• Proposing practical training and technical guidance for on-site personnel and customers, which you can also provide as a follow-up.

You will provide customers with detailed insights and in-depth reports based on your inspection findings, discussing necessary maintenance or replacements, as well as other opportunities for improvement to ensure optimal performance.

You play a key role in communicating requirements to the customer, ensuring our machines remain operational, and supporting their ongoing business success. You will coordinate follow-up actions with larger teams, depending on the outcome of your inspection and the customer's interests.

When not performing inspections, you will assist with the installation and commissioning of retrofits or new ICS units, ensuring they are installed correctly and operate at their best.
