    • Manage and improve financial records.
    • Provide monthly, quarterly and annual closures.
    • Provide budgeting and strategic steering information.
    • Contribute to project administration and management reports. Develop and implement best practices processes and tools to ensure a controlled financial administration and organization.
    • Implement a new ERP system together with other key users and management during the coming years.

Wij vragen

    • HBO/WO education (e.g. Business Economics, Accounting, Financial Management, Finance).
    • 4-6 years of relevant work experience in a controlling, accounting or equivalent role.
    • Strategic insight and an eye for correct operational measures and/or investments.
    • Stakeholder management skills
    • Knowledge of national and international accounting policies.
    • Knowledge of relevant taxation and subsidy schemes.
    • Able to translate strategic plans into clear financial objectives.
    • Solid personality with a drive to go the extra mile.
    • A hands-on and proactive mentality.
    • Skill in commonly used software (Excel, Power BI).
    • Can draw up budgets and forecasts in consultation with the Management Team and is able to coordinate this well with various functional / MT positions.
    • Good communication skills, also in English.

Sales Engineer

Als Sales Engineer kom je in een dynamische omgeving te werken, waarbij het ondersteunen van de buitendienstmedewerkers d.m.v. het verrichten van diverse commerciële en administratieve werkzaamheden jouw hoofddoel zal zijn. Daarin zijn jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Je houdt je dagelijks bezig met het opbouwen en onderhouden van goede relaties met zowel de klant als de interne organisatie. Je ondersteunt accountmanagers in de buitendienst en zorgt dat alle interne werkzaamheden vlekkeloos verlopen.
  • Het uitwerken van offertes, inclusief verkoopprijzen, levertijden en condities, behoort ook tot je kerntaken.
  • Je communiceert regelmatig met internationale contacten, maar ook met de interne organisatie.
  • Ingevoerde orders controleer je op gemaakte afspraken en condities. Het kan ook voorkomen dat je zelf orders invoert.
  • Daarnaast verzorg je de benodigde documentatie voor de klant.
