Maar de ANWB is véél meer dan enkel de wegenwacht.  In meer dan 70 ANWB-winkels in Nederland verkoopt de ANWB een ruim assortiment autoartikelen, kampeerbenodigdheden, fietsbenodigdheden en kaarten. Maar ook voor wandelschoenen ben je aan het juiste adres!  Als verkoopadviseur bent je niet bang om op klanten af te stappen en de juiste vragen te stellen. Jouw doel is tenslotte om de wensen en behoeftes van de klant te achterhalen, waarop jij hét passende advies geeft. Samen met het team zorgen jullie ervoor dat de winkel netjes is en de klant tevreden de deur uitgaat. Is de klant tevreden? Dan ben jij dat ook! De vragen die je kan verwachten in de winkel van de ANWB gaan over: reizen, lidmaatschap, verzekeringen en producten in de winkel, etc. De vraagstukken zijn divers waardoor geen een dag hetzelfde is! Nu denkt je vast, ik weet nog niet alles over de ANWB, maak je daar geen zorgen over! Bij de ANWB volg je eerst een inwerktraject met daarbij e-learningen waardoor je kennis maakt met de ANWB, werkwijze, de producten én diensten. De rest leer je op de werkvloer. Wat ga je doen als verkoopadviseur bij de ANWB? • Klanten adviseren over de producten en diensten van de ANWB; • Je zorgt er altijd voor dat de klant de winkel voldaan verlaat; • Afsluiten en opmaken van de kassa; • Openen en sluiten van de winkel; • Aanspreekpunt bij afwezigheid van de supervisor;

To execute a reliable workflow in order to contribute to a highly effective and efficient logistic processing, you are able to support our customer’s needs with a quality first mind set in everything we do. All supported by an ERP system and in accordance to the QMS (quality management system) and SOP’s (standard operation procedures). Support the Value Added Services (VAS) Supervisor in driving continuous improvements within the VAS operation. Pursue a best in class operation capable of delivering world class service to our customers in the most efficient and effective way. With the gained process knowledge during the training is no troubleshoot action too difficult and can be solved, even if the most complex ERP transactions are required for this. Analyzing and reporting data is day-to-day business and required for process improvements.

As a Warehouse Operator, you will start your day with a short team meeting on your department, where the work priorities for the day are discussed. Depending on the department you work on, your tasks will be: - loading and unloading trucks; - receiving, scanning, processing and storing goods; - picking and packing orders; - assembling surgery kits and keeping the warehouse organized; - labeling items appropriately; - preparing orders for shipment. During the day, you work closely with your colleagues to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
