Customer Service Agent

As a Customer Service Agent you not only work together with our own customer and organization, but you also work a lot with the other DHL divisions. Together with your colleagues, you devise possible logistics solutions that suit the wishes of our customer and organization. You stay connected with the customer about the following matters:

• Shipments;

• Order Issues;

• Warehouse transport

• Relationship management

You start working in a new tea. Together with your colleagues you are responsible for a new start up customer. You will ensure that the new processes run as smoothly as possible within the set deadlines with keeping the overview. By working well with your colleagues, you always find the right solutions and you know how to achieve success.

• You are full-time available between the times 06:00 – 22:00;

• You have experience in a similar position, preferably within logistics field;

• You fluently speak and write in English and Dutch

• You are flexible and you have great analytical skills.
