Cleaning supervisor

Cleaning Supervisor. This is more than managing your team. You are the example and you work with us on a daily basis in the workplace. You ensure that the right products are always in stock and you support the object manager with purchasing stock and making plans. Of course it is important that you work carefully and accurately. Coaching and motivating? That's no problem for you! You ensure that the team uses the correct method, namely the "Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)". Onboarding new colleagues quickly and enthusiastically is also on your to-do list. You make sure it's one team.

Your service also consists of:

• Cleaning of furniture;

• Cleaning the office and sanitary facilities;

• Accepting and processing work clothes from employees in the laboratory;

• You must strictly follow the procedures for all work, and you may not deviate from this.

• You speak, read and write English well, because you will be working in an international organization.

• You are in possession of a VOG or willing to apply for one.

• You can work excellently with strict procedures.

• You are reliable and have a great sense of responsibility; the team can count on you.

• Living in Hoofddorp or surroundings.
