Als planbalie medewerker werk je parttime doordeweeks in ochtend- en middagdiensten of alleen op zaterdag. De diensten zijn flexibel en er is ruimte om jouw voorkeur aan te geven. De ochtenddienst is fysiek wat intensiever, daarom is afwisseling gewenst. Ben je alleen op zaterdag beschikbaar? Geen probleem! Op zaterdag ontvang je bovendien een 40% toeslag. Werk je doordeweeks? Dan wordt verwacht dat je eens per twee weken ook op zaterdag werkt.

Als planbalie medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat pakketten correct gescand en geladen worden, zodat chauffeurs hun routes zonder problemen kunnen starten. In de middag controleer je de retourzendingen en verwerk je de administratie. Daarnaast houd je in de gaten of chauffeurs op schema liggen en help je indien nodig bij het verplaatsen van pakketten.
Tijdens je eerste werkweek word je ingewerkt door een collega en maak je kennis met de systemen.

At our new European Distribution Center (EDC) in Breda, we are looking for a proactive Warehouse & Loaner Specialist eager to build something new. You will ensure that medical instruments and implant sets are delivered to our customers safely and on time.
What will you be doing?
Managing loaner sets: You will assemble medical instrument and implant sets, ship them to customers, and track their whereabouts. Upon return, you will carefully check them for completeness and damage.
Warehouse operations: You will receive goods, inspect them, store them, and ensure smooth shipping. Picking, packing, and dispatching are no problem for you.
Quality control with attention to detail: You will inspect returned instruments and sets for quality. Missing parts or damage? You will document everything neatly and ensure everything is back in order quickly.
Being part of a close-knit team: Whether in the warehouse, handling admin tasks, or assisting customer service, you will jump in wherever needed. Together, you will ensure everything runs like clockwork!

As part of a newly formed team, you will ensure smooth daily operations. This full-time position requires flexibility and the ability to switch tasks easily. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The salary ranges from €2800 to €3000, depending on experience.
Your responsibilities include:
Customer Service: Answering inquiries, processing orders, handling returns, and organizing transport;
Warehouse Tasks: Receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods; performing inventory checks;
Inspection: Checking returned medical instruments and implant sets for quality and completeness;
Administration: Invoicing, processing payments, and maintaining documentation;
Flexibility: Switching between customer service and warehouse duties based on daily needs.
