  • What will you do:
  • Responsible for administrative tasks related to the Inbound and Outbound process; creating invoices and customs documentation for shipments;
  • Monitor and execute internal processes as described in our standard operating procedures and manuals;
  • Preparing (management and/or customer) reports;
  • Maintaining contact with internal departments (office and operations) and with customer & carriers regarding outgoing shipments;
  • Performing various administrative tasks;
  • Monitoring the wishes and needs of the customer regarding various activities as described in the SLAs (Service
  • Level Agreements);
  • You will report to the Site Operations Manager.

Wij vragen

  • What we are looking for:
  • Good knowledge and mastery of Microsoft Office, primarily Excel;
  • Be able to quickly and accurately process large amounts of data;
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude;
  • Motivated and ambition to learn multiple tasks;
  • Stress resistant and adaptable to changing and dynamic environments;
  • Flexible to work overtime in peak season and work shifts (2 shifts);
  • 3-5 years work experience in a similar position;
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (preferably PKMS);
  • A completed mbo education in the field of logistics or administration;
  • Knowledge of standard customs documents, international trade documentation and terminology;
  • Good knowledge and command of the English language, both oral and written;
  • A proactive contribution to our Lean Six Sigma process.

Wat ga je doen: - Verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve taken met betrekking tot het Inbound en Outbound proces; het maken van facturen en douanedocumentatie voor de zendingen; - Bewaken en uitvoeren van interne processen zoals beschreven in onze standaard operationele procedures en handleidingen; - Opstellen van (management- en/of klant)rapportages; - Onderhouden van contact met interne afdelingen (kantoor en operatie) en met klant & vervoerders over uitgaande zendingen; - Uitvoeren van diverse administratieve werkzaamheden; - Bewaken van de wensen en behoeften van de klant met betrekking tot diverse activiteiten zoals beschreven in de SLA's (Service Level Agreements); - Je rapporteert aan de Site Operations Manager.
