MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Customs execution • Completes all inbound related customs activities • Completes all outbound related customs activities • Performs the emergency procedures when applicable • Creates preference certificates • Supports Physical Customs Control (Fyco) • Be the owner of your import and export declarations and keep record of these activities. • Collects and monitors CoE (Confirmation of Exit) • Completes the cites-process • Identifies and solves primary errors between other systems and DMS • Operates according to AEO procedures and work instructions and reports irregularities to the Supervisor Customs • Logs AEO monitoring in line with the identified KPI and critical indicators • Collects and registers LTSD’s (Long term supplier declaration) / CoO (certificate of origin) • Processing and archiving physical original documentation 2. Administrative execution • Plays an active role in aligning with the team what tasks on a daily business need to be performed in which priority. • Teams up so that KPI’s and cross training can be achieved • Works independently • Maintains and develops WMS and DMS skills where possible, according to the cross-train-matrixFollows and maintains work instructions to keep a high quality of work and update them in line with the operationally agreed way of working • Identifies potential optimalization on administrative tasks and support the implementation • Identifies potential risks regarding the AEO standards and report these to the Supervisor Customs and / or Senior Manager Customs & Compliance
